Jaggery- It maintains the electrolyte balance in the body and helps prevent water retention because of its potassium content.
Brown sugar- Compared to white sugar, brown sugar is less in calories. It consists of various micronutrients like calcium, iron and zinc, which are very important for a healthy functioning body. The molasses present in brown sugar can also help in boosting metabolism.
