Have some Figs, Blueberries, Brussels sprouts, Vegetable Oils, Green Peas, Avocado and leafy greens like Spinach, Broccoli, Kale, Lettuce, Cauliflower etc. 

 


Just like the deficiency of Vitamin E, its deficiency is also rare. But you shall stay cautious and see if you have symptoms like haemorrhaging, bruising, nose bleeding etc. If you notice anything like this, go and consult a doctor to see if it’s anything serious.
