Tea vs Coffee: The energy boosters.

The two most infamous drinks of India- Tea and coffee, often start conflict between people regarding which is the best. So, today, let the debate come to a conclusion.
Let's begin with the most common thing in both of them, caffeine.

If we compare the caffeine content of both drinks, Coffee takes a win but if we see which one helps you in staying more alert, it's tea! The mixture of some chemical compounds like l-theanine and moderate levels of caffeine makes it the winner.
But, does tea have any other benefits as well? Yeah!
As you may have heard, Tea helps in the weight loss journey as it speeds up metabolism and fat loss. Studies show that it also may help in making your brain function better and prevent cancer and heart diseases.
Now, coffee contains essential nutrients such as Vitamin, manganese and potassium which support organ functions and help fight back viruses and bacteria. It also increases physical performance as it boosts adrenaline levels in the blood.
So, the overall best is quite subjective. Like, if you want energy with low caffeine content, tea is for you. But if you like the vintage smell of Coffee, go for it. All's well, and everything's your choice.
