Got a Sweet tooth but refrained from eating sugar? No worries! Today, we'll tell you a master plan on how you can get the taste of your 'Sweetheart'.
In today's time, all of the market products are filled with refined sugar which serves nothing but addiction and several diseases.

First, let's understand the two types of sugar- Natural and Added.
Natural sugars are found naturally in whole foods like milk, fruits and vegetables. Glucose or the body's fuel is the one found in everything, primarily in plants. Fructose is the sweetest of all.
Added Sugars are chemically formed. High Fructose Corn Syrup and Table sugars are the commonly used ones.
As natural sugar is present in foods naturally, it provides nutrients and helps maintain your bodily functions.
It doesn't aid in Bad Weight Gain like Refined Sugar does. Hence, promotes weight management, lowering the calorie intake.
It avoids the deadliest health risk of Refined Sugar which is Type 2 Diabetes. It impacts blood sugar but at low levels.
While the Added Sugars may cause bad oral health, it doesn't affect it that much.
Now, let's talk about the names.
You may think of Brown Sugar but don't get confused, it's also a form of added sugar, so try to avoid it.
The best forms of Natural Sugar to consume are:
Stevia- Stevia has zero calories or carbohydrates and does not affect blood glucose or insulin response, preventing pancreatic cancer.
Dates- Dates are a natural source of sugar and can be used as a replacement for sugar, being high in fiber, potassium, magnesium, iron, copper, manganese, and Vitamin B6. Dates prevent constipation and regulate blood pressure as they are rich in fiber.
Raisins- A good source of iron, vitamins, and minerals including potassium. They are denser and more moist than sugar so must be taken in less quantity.
Khand is also a good alternative to it.
So, go ahead, and enjoy your cravings without feeling guilty.
